hello lovelies! Today I´m finally gonna show the recipe to the healthy waffles! Alot of people have been asking me on my instagram, so now I´m going to show it !
I really recommend you all to try this!!
Here is a final result of the waffle with topping !
To make the waffle you need to do this, and this ingredients:
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1 cup of protein powder or any other kind of flour
- 2-3 eggs or 1 eggwhites + 2 eggs
- 2-3 spoons of quark or any kind of youghurt
- some sweetener and a little bit milk
- ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN THIS SUCCESSION
- Spray some fat in a waffle iron and wait until it´s done.
Here you can se pics from a plain waffle, after I added cottage cheese& my homemade vanilla custard and some berries! :DD
You can top it with whatever you want to!
On my second waffle I topped it with vanilla custard, cottage cheese and raspberries and cashews! And of course a BIG bunch of my cashewbutter which I posted recipe before!
