hello lovelies! Today I´m finally gonna show the recipe to the healthy waffles! Alot of people have been asking me on my instagram, so now I´m going to show it !

I really recommend you all to try this!!

Here is a final result of the waffle with topping !

To make the waffle you need to do this, and this ingredients: 

  1. 1 cup of almond flour
  2. 1 cup of protein powder or any other kind of flour
  3. 2-3 eggs or 1 eggwhites + 2 eggs
  4. 2-3 spoons of quark or any kind of youghurt
  5. some sweetener and a little bit milk
  6. ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN THIS SUCCESSION 
  7. Spray some fat in a waffle iron and wait until it´s done.

Here you can se pics from a plain waffle, after I added cottage cheese& my homemade vanilla custard and some berries! :DD

You can top it with whatever you want to!

On my second waffle I topped it with vanilla custard, cottage cheese and raspberries and cashews! And of course a BIG bunch of my cashewbutter which I posted recipe before!

healthy chocolate mousse

Hiii! This dessert is so yummy, so perfect and not too hard!  In my case I don’t eat it as a dessert, I eat it to breakfast, lunch, snacks, evening meal or whenever I want to!  Here is what I´m going to show you how to make!

It´s chocolate mousse with my homemade vanilla custard ( recipe on a earlier post) and peanut butter (also recipe before) !

HOW TO MAKE IT AND INGREDIENTS: 

Follow the steps on the pic above, from number 1 to 8! First I took two or three egg whites and mixed it ( you can see it at number 2) until it got fast and white! After that I added chocolate protein powder ( pic 3) , cacao powder ( pic 4 ) and greek yoghurt( pic 5)  Then stir all the ingredients and you will get a thick ´´cream´´ like you see at the pic number 6.  The pic 7 and 8 show it when it´s ready after some hours in the refrigerator. Before you can set it in the refrigerator you have to add 2 plates of gelatin or 1 spoon of gelatine powder!
