chocolate filled pancakes!

HELLO!! sorry I´ve been busy today, but now I will share something special! This was the first time I made and hell yeah it tasted like heaven! You should DEFINITELY try it!

Look how tasty! Every single bit of healthyness was a bit of heaven! hahah I looooove foood okey ? xx

INGREDIENS : 

  • 1 cup oatflour
  • 1 cup protein powder bakepo/neutral
  • 3 spoon of milk
  • sweetner
  • 1 ts baking powder
  • 2 egg whites or 1 whole egg

TO THE CHOCOLATE SAUCE

  • 1 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • a little bit sweeter/stevia and greek youghurt

ImageMix it all together in a bowl like you see at the first two pics! Then you have to fry it at the cooker until the pancakes have get a gilded color! 

Then I took and mixed all the ingredients to the healthy nutella and law it on the pancake! After that you have to roll it together!

Here at the left you can se it with the fill! You can choose to eat it like that or cut it into pieces like I did at the right pic! But do you think I was pleased? NOOO! peanut butter of cource!!!!

Here you can see it with the panutt butter on! READY TO IT! I drank cooold milk together with it , P E R F E C T!

strawberry&kiwi cup!

hello! This evening I wanted to eat something sweet and healthy after I ate around 100 grams of cashew butter, so fruit was the perfect thing! I will show you or tell you how to make it!

Look how fresh and yummy! I mixed strawberries with stevia in one bowl, and a kiwi in another bowl! Then I just took half of the strawberry mix, half of the kiwi, some cottage cheese and the same again! It was sooo yummy!!

So easy and simple and so yummy! and you can eat it all day long!

hello! To be honest 2 months ago I didn’t like cottage cheese at all!!! I thought it was so awful and disgusting, but I continued with tasting it and trying different combinations, and suddenly I started to like it! NOW I REALLY DO LOVE COTTAGE CHEESE! It don’t go a day without me eating something with cottage cheese because it´s so amazing!

The easiest way to eat cottage cheese is just a bowl with cottage cheese topped with nuts, berries, yoghurt , fruits or a mix of it.

Look how easy! Just a bowl with some topping ( I also used a little bit sweetner to get it more sweet)

Here is some tips to ingredients: Strawberry , cashew nuts , strawberry youghurt, blueberries, peanut butter, kiwi , peanuts, walnuts, skyr , smoothie , strawberry sauce, jam , apple, cinnamon , banana and so much more!

Just use you fantasy!!

healthy chocolate mousse

Hiii! This dessert is so yummy, so perfect and not too hard!  In my case I don’t eat it as a dessert, I eat it to breakfast, lunch, snacks, evening meal or whenever I want to!  Here is what I´m going to show you how to make!

It´s chocolate mousse with my homemade vanilla custard ( recipe on a earlier post) and peanut butter (also recipe before) !

HOW TO MAKE IT AND INGREDIENTS: 

Follow the steps on the pic above, from number 1 to 8! First I took two or three egg whites and mixed it ( you can see it at number 2) until it got fast and white! After that I added chocolate protein powder ( pic 3) , cacao powder ( pic 4 ) and greek yoghurt( pic 5)  Then stir all the ingredients and you will get a thick ´´cream´´ like you see at the pic number 6.  The pic 7 and 8 show it when it´s ready after some hours in the refrigerator. Before you can set it in the refrigerator you have to add 2 plates of gelatin or 1 spoon of gelatine powder!

Cauliflower mini pizza!

Hello! This time I will share a recipe in the category dinner! This dinner is yummy, healthy and perfect to make on a saturday or sunday!

Here is the cauliflower pizza with meat, ketchup, spice , ham, cottage cheese, cheese and cucumber! So it´s not many ingredients you need. But of course you can choose you topping by yourselves!

WHAT TO DO : 

  1. Take a cup of cauliflower and blend it so it get mashes!
  2. Add 2-3 spoons of cottage cheese
  3. Add one egg
  4. Stir it all and mix it all in a bowlImage
  5. I added this spice in the mix!
  6. Then I law it on a piece of baking paper and took it in the oven for around 15 minutes.
  7. Here you can se it after 15 minutes in the oven!
  8. Then you have to add the filling! First I took on some ham!Image
  9. So after that I took on more ham and cottage cheese before I cut some pieces of cucumber to have on. I also used ketchup.
  10. After you are done with adding the filling , you have to take it in the oven again for around 7-10 minutes! Finally I could put on some cheese and eat it :))

soft healthy chocolate cake #1

Hello again! This evening I wanted chocolate, LIKE ALWAYS! So I simply just made a chocolate mugcake with vanilla custard sauce! It was soo yummy like always, maybe I dont need to mention that? haha

Here is the final result! I finished it with five small peanut balls and one dash with vanilla protein cream ( vanilla protein poder, sweetner, milk and greek youghurt)

Here is the vanilla sauce ( the same as my vanilla custard, but without xanthan gum so it dont get thick and fast, and with more milk to get it thin)

The ingredients to the chocolate protein cake is : 1 large egg, 1 cup oat flour, 1 cup chocolate protein powder, 2 spoon of youghurt, 1/2 teaspoom baking powder, sweetner, 1 spoon cacao powder and a little bit milk!                                                       Mix it all together and take it in a small bowl like i did! 🙂 Then you just have to take it in the microwave for around 30 seconds! Then you will get a soft and kind of wet cake, but if you want it fast leave it there for a minute!

I also had a bowl of walnuts and macadamia! In addition I ate it with 3 cups of milk! I´m really addicted to milk!

hello, I hope everyone is having a good day! Today I made a pancake tower for dessert with a yummy chocolate protein cream and peanut butter ( I´ve posted recipe before)

This one takes around 20-30 minutes, but it´s not difficult and it´s worth it!

Here you can see it! May not look perfect, but at least it tasted perfect! I added some fresh blueberries!

The ingredients you need is : 

  • 2 egg whites
  • Oats
  • Cottage cheese and milk
  • sweetner and baking powder

What to do? How to make it?

First you have to whip the egg whites until it look like number 1 above! After that add 1 cup of oats and 1 cup of free choice of protein powder , I used bakepro. If you dont own that, use more flour :) Like you see at number 3 I took around 3 spoons of cottage cheese before I started to stir the mix! I also added around 1/2 cup of milk! When your done with that take 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder and any sweetner so it will taste more sweet!

Out of this I got three big and thick pancakes like you can se at number one! I fried it some minutes in butter. Then I took one of them and law it on a plate, added cottage cheese, took another pancakes and added a little bit of my vanilla custard before I took the last pancakes on  the top.

As you can see I used my homemade chocolate protein cream on the top. ( just mix 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder, swetner, greek youhhurt and a little dash of milk) I also ate it with alot of peanut butter!

Here is the final result, and it was so yummy! I want more ! MORE MORE MORE!

HEALTHY BOWL OF FOOD

HELLOOOO! This recipe is very easy, you just have to add a few different things! And woaalah you have a small bowl with healthy food that you can enjoy in front of the tv or what you want to! I will short show you all you need to make this!

It looks and also taste so fresh! I love the the combination with berries, vanilla custard and cottage cheese!

Take a look here, this is the only thing you need :

  1. Vanilla custard ( recipe on my last post here)
  2. Mix half frozen berries in a blender with a little bit sweetener/stevia/splenda.
  3. Cottage cheese, you can choose the amount by yourselves!
  4. Blueberries!

Part the plate or you bowl in 3. One with the custard, one with the strawberry mix and one with cottage cheese. And then top it with blueberries and maybe a little bit of a kiwi like I did. Choose after your own taste! 🙂

I prefer it cold and I use to drink milk and eat nuts together with it!
