Healthy oats pancakes

Hello! Today it´s sunday and a perfect day to cook! So I thought I could show a really yummy recipes to healthy pancakes!

Fluflly pancakes with alot of layers between them and covered with chocolate sauce! Nothing wrong with this! 

THE INGREDIENTS IS : 

  1. 1 – 2 cup oats
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1 cup milk
  4. 1/2 quark/youghurt
  5. sweetner or some flavour if you have!

MIT ALL THAT TOGETHER AND FRY!

I got 6 round pancakes, but didn’t get place enough for all of them at the same! 

WHEN YOU IS DONE WITH MAKING THE PANCAKES YOU TOP THEM WITH THIS INGREDIENTS:

  1. Vanilla youghurt
  2. Cottage cheese
  3. chocolate sause ( chocolate protein powder / cacao powder , sweetner and greekyoughurt)
  4. Greek youghurt / quark

On the pic below you can see step by step how I made the tower! You can see what I have inside! 😀

When I was done I topped it with more chocolate sauce, strawberries and some peanuts!

percect pancake dessert

Hi everyone!  This recipe is possible to make without protein powder just so you know it! I´m going to show a 2 ingredients pancakes with alot of yummy topping!

I´m going to show how to make healthy pancakes and vanilla&chocolate cream as topping! 😀

WHAT TO DO , STEP BY STEP : 

  • First mix 2 eggwhites to a white fluff ( what you see at pic number 1) I took it in two bowl, because I also needed it to something else!
  • Add 1 cup of oats or oat-flour, or any kind of flour you want! Then stir CAREFULLY around! ( pic 2&3)
  • Fry it on a pan with butter until it get a little bit brown like you seeImage
  • At the pic above number 1. Top it with chocolate cream ( made of eggwhites, greek-youghurt, cocao powder, chocolate protein powder and sweetener)
  • At the pic 2 I took on vanilla cream ( mix vanilla protein powder and greek youghurt)
  • I took to much chocolate cream haha , so I ate some of it up at once!
  • Then I topped it with a big bunch of peanutbutter! Recipe on a earlier post, look at the categorizes on my blog!

healthy fluffly pancakes

Hello! This was perfect! And so easy!

Now I´m going to show the recipe to some fluffy and healthy easy pancakes with topping! The ingredients is colored with blue!

Look at the pic above, all you need to do is :

  • Mix 1-2 eggwhites to a white fluff and add 1cup of protein powder or any flour ( almond, oat, usual)
  • Add some sweetener, a little bit milk and 2 spoon of cottage cheese! 
  • Stir all the ingredients above ( pic 1)
  • Fry it on a pan with butter ( pic 2)
  • Then you take the first piece and lay it on a plate. Add some cottage cheese before you take the last pancakes. (pic3&4)
  • Top it with greek-youghurt mixed with sweetner and vanilla protein powder. (pic 5) 
  • Now you can take on whatever you want ( I took kiwi and strawberries ) (pic6)
  • Before I ate it I took on my homemade strawberry sauce ( https://nhjgfegrh.wordpress.com/2013/10/20/strawberry-sauce/ ) and a lot of cashews!

walnut butter!

Hello!

Im a fan of nut butter and today I taught I could try with a new type of nut! I use to make cashew or peanut butter, but today it was WALNUTS!

It turned out to be quite good , and I will definitely try again! But honestly my favorite is still cashew&peanut! But to vary it a little bit I´m going to make this! It´s so easy and quick to make!

Here in my beautiful jar I took my walnutbutter when it was done!

But now I´m going to say HOW to make it. All you need to do is : 

  1. Use a kitchen machine, like U see at the first pic or any other! 
  2. Take how much walnuts you want to and mix it for some minutes!
  3. Add cinnamon and maybe a little bit salt if you want to! ( You don´t have to add this, but cinnamon is a MUST for me! Try and see what you prefer 🙂 
  4. Take it out of the bowl and TASTE! 
  5. I sat mine in the refrigerator because I find it best when it was cold!

It sounds easy right? And a tip, at the beginning it may look like it wont get like a ´´butter´´, but you continue with mixing and you will see after a while!

soft healthy chocolate cake #1

Hello again! This evening I wanted chocolate, LIKE ALWAYS! So I simply just made a chocolate mugcake with vanilla custard sauce! It was soo yummy like always, maybe I dont need to mention that? haha

Here is the final result! I finished it with five small peanut balls and one dash with vanilla protein cream ( vanilla protein poder, sweetner, milk and greek youghurt)

Here is the vanilla sauce ( the same as my vanilla custard, but without xanthan gum so it dont get thick and fast, and with more milk to get it thin)

The ingredients to the chocolate protein cake is : 1 large egg, 1 cup oat flour, 1 cup chocolate protein powder, 2 spoon of youghurt, 1/2 teaspoom baking powder, sweetner, 1 spoon cacao powder and a little bit milk!                                                       Mix it all together and take it in a small bowl like i did! 🙂 Then you just have to take it in the microwave for around 30 seconds! Then you will get a soft and kind of wet cake, but if you want it fast leave it there for a minute!

I also had a bowl of walnuts and macadamia! In addition I ate it with 3 cups of milk! I´m really addicted to milk!
