Ingredients to 4 previous healthy treats !

I am going to write more detailed how to make this 4 healthy protein treats! Step by Step!

And I will link to the products I used ( all bought at iHerb ) if you are interested in making them the precisely same way as I did! 🙂

Here is the four recipes I will give you and show where to order the products! ( you can also replace it with things you already have at home)

1. COCO STRAWBERRY PROTEIN BARS

First layer: 

1⃣- Mix together 1 scoop chocolate protein powder by choice together with 1 spoon cacao and a little bit milk! I also added 1/2 tbsp stevia chocolate. 

2⃣- Add enough puffed wheat/oats/rice until you get a thick mix!

3⃣- Spread the chocolate mix in the bottom of any form/square/box.

Second layer

4⃣- Mix together 100 gram yoghurt/ natural yougjurt/quark with 1 scoop strawberry protein powder.

5⃣- Spread it over the first layer and set in the freezer as long as you want !

6⃣- Take it out any enjoy these cold delicious protein bars!


 2. PEANUT JELLY POPSICLES

1⃣- Blend 1 banana and as much peanutbutter as you want until creamy.

2⃣- Add 20-30 gram peanut flour and a little bit milk and stir around.

3⃣- Take this banana-pb mix into ice-cream forms or a cup

4⃣- Add a spoonful of the strawberry jam before you fill it with the rest of the banana-pb mix. You can mash strawberries and use that to or any jam!

5⃣- Set in the freezer for minimum 45 minutes! And then take them out and enjoy these healthy delicious popsicles!


 

3. CHOCO PB JELLY PROTEIN BARS

First layer

1⃣- Add 1 scoop chocolate protein with 1 spoon cacao! Also add 1/2 tpsp of chocolate stevia delight! Or any other sweetner.

Then add enough milk to make a thick cream! Be aware to not take too much liquid!

2⃣- Mix in 30 gram of oats or puffed kamut cereal/ what/ rice/ oats. More/less if needed!

3⃣- Spread this layer in the bottom of a form.

Second layer

4⃣- Spread over enough strawberry jam to cover the first layer! I used some spoonfuls of the fifty 50 sugar free strawberry jam! Because it´s like a jelly-ish jam! so yummy! But you can also use any jam or mashes berries.

Third layer:

5⃣- Mix together 30 gram peanut flour or peanut protein powder with a splash of any milk! If you want you can also add some peanutbutter to get it more creamy!

6⃣- Set in the freezer as long as you bother to wait!


4. HEALTHY CARROTCAKE WAFFLES – With protein ice-cream

The waffle: 

1⃣- Rasp 1 carrot and put it in a bowl together with 1 egg and 40 gram oats ( oat-flour can be bought here)

2⃣- Add 1 tbsp cinnamon , sweetener as desired and a little bit milk before you blend it together with a food mixer.

3⃣- Put the dough for the waffles in a waffle iron! ( or make pancakes of it if you don’t have a waffle iron )

Protein icecream:

4⃣- Add 100 gram natural youghurt/quark/greek yoghurt and 1 scoop vanilla protein powder in a bowl.

5⃣- Cover it and set into the freezer for 10-40  minutes! As longer as better!

6⃣- Top your healthy waffle with the delicious vanilla ice cream!

Here you see some of the ingredients I have from iHerb and that I used to make this healthy treats! I will link to all of the products again ( you find them by clicking at the link in the recipe) and I will write a little bit about them!

IN RECIPE 1: 

– Strawberry Cream, Chocorite Protein 14.7 oz (418 g). HERE. This protein powder is one of the best in taste I ever tried! It taste like a dream, perfect sweet and the perfect taste! If you use this protein powder and add it together with a cup of yoghurt , it turns out like a delicious strawberry tasting pink cream! No words to describe!! It is also sugar free!

-Puffed Kamut Cereal, 6 oz (170 g). HERE – This one is not pictures, but is puffed Kamut Cereal, that is perfect to use in the bars!             It is all natural and fat, salt and sugar free!  Used this one in recipe 3 too!

– 100% Whey Protein Powder, Chocolate 2 lbs (907 g). HERE. This protein powder is one of the cheapest ever possible to get, Love that! And in addition it taste very good as well as it contains much protein! It´s perfect to build muscles, and cook healthy things with!   I used this is recipe 3 too! 

– Muscle Milk, Chocolate, 39.5 oz (1120 g) . HERE. Ah I love this protein powder! It get the perfect mixture when you stir it around with a little bit milk, and the taste is to die for! Perfect to use in thousands of recipe, I do it aaall the time! And what´s the greatest with this in addition to the protein and taste, is that it is Lactosee-Free! Love that! It is also Naturally and Artificially Flavored!  I used this in recipe 3 too! 

IN RECIPE 2 & 3. 

– Peanut Flour, 16 oz (453 g). HERE. – This is a lower fat peanut flour that is high in protein! It is perfect to cook and bake healthy things with! 

– Peanut Butter, Creamy, 18 oz (510 g). HERE – This peanut butter is natural and super yummy! I really love the creamy consistency and of course the taste too!

-Strawberry Jam, sugar free 12 oz (340 g). HERE– This strawberry jam is kind of jelly-ish and taste really good! It is also without sugar, so perfect!

IN RECIPE 4: 

– Vanilla Cream, Whey protein 2.00 lbs (907 g) HERE. This vanilla protein powder is amazing! If you have a boring yoghurt, it is just to add a little bit of this, and it taste amazing at the same as you get a lot of protein! This one is also so cheap, like impossible to get any cheaper, so I was curious about the taste, but I got surprised! So yummy! I used this to make the ice-cream to the waffles in recipe 4!

IN ALL RECIPE:

– Vanilla, Naturally Flavored Liquid Stevia. HERE. I used a drop of this in all of the recipes! This is 100% Natural and zero calories and zero carbs!

PROTEIN POWDERS part 1 – BIG IHERB GUIDE

Hello ! Now it´s a long time since I last wrote a post. But thought I could write a view over all the protein powders I´ve tried from iHerb.com , Because I have bought so many different! You should try them ( the one´s that I love)! It´s very good to get extra proteins , and it´s perfect to cook and bake healthy things with!

It´s perfect to use while making my healthy fudges , or to make peanut waffles/pancakes. It´s also good to eat plain and can be used to so much! Really taste so good, loooove it!

Healthy oats pancakes

Hello! Today it´s sunday and a perfect day to cook! So I thought I could show a really yummy recipes to healthy pancakes!

Fluflly pancakes with alot of layers between them and covered with chocolate sauce! Nothing wrong with this! 

THE INGREDIENTS IS : 

  1. 1 – 2 cup oats
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1 cup milk
  4. 1/2 quark/youghurt
  5. sweetner or some flavour if you have!

MIT ALL THAT TOGETHER AND FRY!

I got 6 round pancakes, but didn’t get place enough for all of them at the same! 

WHEN YOU IS DONE WITH MAKING THE PANCAKES YOU TOP THEM WITH THIS INGREDIENTS:

  1. Vanilla youghurt
  2. Cottage cheese
  3. chocolate sause ( chocolate protein powder / cacao powder , sweetner and greekyoughurt)
  4. Greek youghurt / quark

On the pic below you can see step by step how I made the tower! You can see what I have inside! 😀

Banana icecream with topping!

Hello! Sorry I´ve been so busy with school and everything, but here is something really yummy and easy!!

What I made is banana ice cream , and then I topped it with a big bunch of my homemade peanut-butter! I also had more banana and strawberries on! Then I added my chocolate protein cream and a little bit cottage cheese before it was done! I will show step by step in pics 🙂

Here is my bowl of a lot of yummy taste!!! 

HOW TO MAKE IT ( LOOK AT THE PIC BELOW)

  1. Take some frozen bananas in a bowl.
  2. Mix it with a little bit milk to an ice cream!
  3. Add some greek youghurt in a cup
  4. Add chocolate protein powder and/or cacao powder! And some sweetener! 
  5. Mix it and set cold for a little while!

When you´r done with this, you can top it with whatever you want to :)) Right below this I will show you what I chose: 

  1. Alot of peanutbutter ( IT´S A MUST OMG)
  2. Some strawberries or any berries!
  3. Chocolate cream and 3 pieces of banana!
  4. Some cottage cheese ( I ate it with more cottage cheese, but didn´t take a photo of it)

PANCAKES WITH A WORLD OF YUMMINESS

HELLO!! I ATE THIS LAST NIGHT AND IT WAS FANTASTIC!! Really loved it, so therefore I want to share it! 

The ingredients to the pancakes: 

  • 2 eggwhites.  whipped until they are white! or 1 whole egg.
  • 1/2 cup of oatflour or any kind of flour you have
  • A little bit of milk, around 1/3 cup. 

All you need to do is mix it all together and stir around a little while.

I got 4 pancakes and I fried them on a plate ( medium heat) ! After that you can see at the pics above! First I took a slice and added some cottage cheese, then a new slice, then vanilla custard , then a new slice with cottage cheese and then the last slice. At the top I took a bunch of vanilla custard!

But do you think I was done? NOO! I had to top it with alot of yummyness and more things around!

I took strawberries, kiwi, cashewnuts, more cottage cheese & cashew butter. It was so yummy!

It may look a little bit messy, but I love it with alot of things around! It taste so much more and fresher then! It never get boring!

PEANUTBUTTER AND VANILLA CUPS

Good evening people!

Some where asking about the recipe to this peanutbutter and vanilla protein cups I made, and I though I could share it! Because it´s so easy , quick and yummy!

Here is it !! They are half frozen if you didn´t know!

The recipe constant of just 3 or maybe 4 ingredients!

  1. 2 cup of vanilla protein powder
  2. 1 cup of oatflour ( or any kind of flour)
  3. Peanut butter (it´s a must!!)
  4. Some milk to get a smooth and thick batter! I also used some sweetener to get it more sweet! 

All you need to do is:

  1. Take all the ingredients( except of the peanut butter) in a bowl and stir around! 
  2. Mix in fitting amount of milk! 
  3. Take it into a form ( I used some muffins forms) And then take a thick layer of peanutbutter on the top!
  4. Set it in the freezer for 1-3 hours!

I ate them with some fresh and cold milk. In addition I added some strawberries because the tasted amazing together!

Hi everyone!  This recipe is possible to make without protein powder just so you know it! I´m going to show a 2 ingredients pancakes with alot of yummy topping!

I´m going to show how to make healthy pancakes and vanilla&chocolate cream as topping! 😀

WHAT TO DO , STEP BY STEP : 

  • First mix 2 eggwhites to a white fluff ( what you see at pic number 1) I took it in two bowl, because I also needed it to something else!
  • Add 1 cup of oats or oat-flour, or any kind of flour you want! Then stir CAREFULLY around! ( pic 2&3)
  • Fry it on a pan with butter until it get a little bit brown like you seeImage
  • At the pic above number 1. Top it with chocolate cream ( made of eggwhites, greek-youghurt, cocao powder, chocolate protein powder and sweetener)
  • At the pic 2 I took on vanilla cream ( mix vanilla protein powder and greek youghurt)
  • I took to much chocolate cream haha , so I ate some of it up at once!
  • Then I topped it with a big bunch of peanutbutter! Recipe on a earlier post, look at the categorizes on my blog!

healthy fluffly pancakes

Hello! This was perfect! And so easy!

Now I´m going to show the recipe to some fluffy and healthy easy pancakes with topping! The ingredients is colored with blue!

Look at the pic above, all you need to do is :

  • Mix 1-2 eggwhites to a white fluff and add 1cup of protein powder or any flour ( almond, oat, usual)
  • Add some sweetener, a little bit milk and 2 spoon of cottage cheese! 
  • Stir all the ingredients above ( pic 1)
  • Fry it on a pan with butter ( pic 2)
  • Then you take the first piece and lay it on a plate. Add some cottage cheese before you take the last pancakes. (pic3&4)
  • Top it with greek-youghurt mixed with sweetner and vanilla protein powder. (pic 5) 
  • Now you can take on whatever you want ( I took kiwi and strawberries ) (pic6)
  • Before I ate it I took on my homemade strawberry sauce ( https://nhjgfegrh.wordpress.com/2013/10/20/strawberry-sauce/ ) and a lot of cashews!
